Circles – now available for iPad

April 26th, 2010

Hi!

CirclesIpadI’ve just received an email from Apple that Circles – memory game is available for iPad. Many of you have downloaded a copy of Circles available for both iPhone and iPod touch, if not: Circles is a very simple, yet addictive game focused on player’s visual memory. You have to tap the new born white circle in each round while the circles from previous rounds stays stable and on higher levels it’s very difficult to figure out which is new at all :) . Give it a try and see how far you can go.

Game is available here http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=369264596. Please note: the application has been reviewed and it may take up to 24 hours to be live in the App Store.

Of course it’s not a simple port of iPhone application. This time your score is not counted in the levels you successfully passed. Your score is the sum of all of the bonuses you collect each round, the faster you play the higher bonus (and overall score) you achieve. I hope this will help to eliminate cheaters who play and make screenshots of each stage or use a sheet of paper :) .

BTW: soon I will add online ranking (I guess Plus+ network) so you can fight and play more to achieve best results and be at the top of the list. Daily and global rankings :) ..

Circles is the simple memory game. There is infinite number of levels, and in each level the new circles is born and you have to detected.

First few levels are quite obvious but in level #10 you have ten circles in variety of sizes placed all over the screen. Which is new? Try is you have enough memory skils. My personal record is 25 (one of my friends has already beat me and he passed through level 27).

Description:

Circles gives your brain a quick test and will help make your memory better. In each level a new circles is born and you have to decide which. Seems to be simple and not worth, but it’s really addictive and very difficult to go through level #20 and highers.

Good luck!

There are a lot of this type games for computer in flash technology but I guess it’s the only one for iPhone today. The black and white colour used only is not because I was in hurry to make this game, but it’s the best contrast and give you better and more accurate results than if you recognized circles by their colours.

My personal record: 25 but it’s no only up to your memory but you have to be lucky, too. Try to beat me. Please don’t cheat deapand only on your memory, don’t draw on a paper, don’t make screenshots, don’t try to solve it with ten friends ;-P.
